Looking for an STI '05

Hi guys
Iam from Belgium and looking for a 2005 sti blue with low mileage. But what I find is that most of the STI '05 in Italy are low mileage, is that normal?
Those cars are 9years old and have 60-80.000km.
Is there a paper in your country that can verify the correct km? or how can I see if the km is correct?
